Our client is a highly reputable, close-knit accountancy firm that has been delivering specialist services to clients across Suffolk for over 25 years. Due to continued growth and a steadily expanding client base, Reed Practice has been exclusively engaged to recruit an Accountant to join their friendly, talented, and genuinely supportive team.

Managing your own client portfolio, working closely with the Partner and further enhance your leadership and advisory skills
Key Responsibilities Managing your own portfolio Preparing limited company accounts (CCH) from planning through to completion Producing corporation tax computations and CT600s Preparing sole trader and partnership accounts Completing self-assessment and partnership tax returns Preparing management accounts Completing and filing VAT returns, liaising with HMRC as required Attending client meetings where appropriate About You AAT / ACCA qualified, or if studying, in final stages
Experience with in an accountancy practice, working to UK regulations Strong working knowledge of Xero (highly desirable) Comfortable using a range of accounting software Knowledge of payroll would be beneficial but not essential Why Join?
