Clinical Support Team Administrator

Overview

A Clinical Support Team Administrator is required to support the Coastal Older People Service and Adult Mental Health Teams. This role will support the clinical teams with the everyday management of administrative tasks needed to ensure the smooth running of the service. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external staff, service users and their families/support networks, to provide administrative support to the team so they can deliver an efficient service to all customers.

The administrative needs of the service should be responded to in order to meet organisational requirements. Non-clinical information to patients, families and carers may be provided, including cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
