This is a full-time, on-site role in Ipswich for a Business Support Officer. The candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, support diary management, assist with finance-related tasks, and ensure smooth office operations. The role also involves providing support and coordination to various teams to enhance operational efficiency and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications- Strong Administrative Assistance and Diary Management skills to handle scheduling and manage office tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance operations, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy in handling budgets, invoices, and data
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders efficiently and professionally
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing circumstances with a problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for administrative and financial tasks
- Previous experience in a support or administrative role is preferred
- Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
