We’re actively recruiting for a Client Services Coordinator to join a busy and professional Client Services team within a well-established financial planning business (company name withheld for confidentiality). This is a key role supporting Financial Planners/Wealth Managers and working closely with Paraplanners and Technical Support to ensure an outstanding client experience.

The role

Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you’ll coordinate a varied workload of client servicing and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exemplary service standards.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to Financial Planner(s), including servicing policies and assisting with changes (e.g., income/withdrawals, premiums, funds) and preparing meeting packs.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, handling complex and sensitive queries when the Financial Planner is unavailable.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring tasks are diarised/actioned and correspondence is logged.
  • Liaising with platform and product providers to obtain plan information and progress actions, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Coordinating with Paraplanners and Technical Support to help ensure timely delivery of client reports and documentation.
  • Processing business documentation (new business, application forms, instruction letters) and producing regular valuation reports in line with client propositions.
  • Supporting continuous improvement by contributing to better processes and ways of working.
What we’re looking for
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and committed, with a strong team ethos.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high-quality English.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills; able to manage workload and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Good understanding of a client services environment, including complex administration and case handling.
  • Highly numerate, solutions-focused, and confident problem-solving.
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a financial services client servicing/admin role is preferred (Intelliflo Office/iO experience is an advantage).
Qualifications
  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Financial Services qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
What’s in it for you
  • Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience).
  • Great Benefits package.
  • Supportive, fast-paced team environment with opportunities to develop into more technical roles as they arise.
