About the Company:

Our client is a well-established and growing financial planning firm seeking an IFA Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or further develop a career within the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and the wider team
  • Preparing and processing client documentation and applications
  • Maintaining accurate client records and management systems
  • Liaising with clients, product providers, and third parties
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and client reviews
  • Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and within required timescales
  • Supporting the delivery of an excellent client experience

What We're Looking For:

  • A full UK driving licence is essential due to the office location and limited public transport access
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience within administration or financial services (not essential)
  • Experience working within a professional office environment
  • An interest in developing a career within financial planning and wealth management
