Background

R G Carter is looking for a Business Administrator to provide administration support within our Ipswich office. This is a full-time onsite office position.

The ideal candidate is to have a strong work ethic with a positive  can do  attitude and good organisational skills and the ability to work within a team and independently once fully trained.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealing with email enquiries in a prompt & efficient manner
• Answer incoming calls
• Electronic filing and scanning
• Admin support for our pre-construction teams
• Collating and organising documents
• Meeting and Greeting Visitors
• Reception Duties

Key Skills & Knowledge

• Reasonable computer skills on Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage large volume of emails.
• Good organisation skills
• Know how to prioritise workload
• Full training will be given
• You will work toward completion of a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship the duration of this is one and half years. Your continued employment will be dependent upon successful and timely completion of the apprenticeship
