Your role and responsibilitiesStep into a vital role at the heart of our Legal team, where your organisational skills and proactive approach will help drive exceptional service delivery. As an Administrator, you will provide dynamic support to Advocates, Lawyers, Caseworkers and Paralegals ensuring they have everything they need to focus on delivering outstanding outcomes. From delivering efficient administrative, secretarial and financial support to drafting routine correspondence and coordinating meetings, your work will help keep our fast paced service running smoothly.
You will play a key role in producing information, research and reports, including financial and statistical data, while actively contributing to the improvement of administration processes across the service.

You will need:- to work flexibly as part of a team
- a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and the ability to learn a bespoke case management system
- attention to detail and understanding of the need for accuracy
- to demonstrate an understanding of confidentiality and data protection
- to deliver a good customer service experience
