Our client is looking for a Client Service Executive Administrator for their existing Business team in Ipswich, Suffolk. They are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is eager to learn with good attention to detail.

• Letter of Authority process from start to finish
• Meet and communicate with Advisers as required to obtain regular updates for all in-progress work
• Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with clients' queries
• Booking client annual review meetings and producing meeting prep
• Creating annual review letters and packs, sending to clients post-meeting
• Chasing Advisers for handover documents when out of SLA
• Completing fund switches and ISA withdrawals
• Sending meeting confirmations to clients
• Weekly Adviser diary checks and producing weekly Salesforce annual review reports
• Creating and updating prospects on Salesforce
• Client birthday and Christmas card coordination, and client gift ordering
• Event planning and coordination, stock ordering and property checks
• Meeting and greeting clients for on-site meetings, including car parking arrangements
• Managing booking of meeting rooms, and handling incoming and outgoing post
