Job description:
Elizabeth Michael Associates are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and organised Secretary to join their team.
This is a varied role providing firmwide secretarial and administrative support, with a particular focus on the Commercial Property department.
The Role
* Manage calls, emails and correspondence
* Meet and greet clients and provide reception cover
* Coordinate meetings, diaries and room bookings
* Undertake dictation and prepare documents
* Open and close client files and support compliance procedures
* Provide administrative support to fee earners
* Assist the Commercial Property team with Docu Sign, expenses, file closures, post, scanning and filing
* Maintain accurate records and general office administration
About You
We are looking for someone who is professional, highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
You will ideally have:
* Previous secretarial or administrative experience
* Legal experience would be advantageous
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and discretion
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems
* A proactive and professional approach
