Contract:

Your role and responsibilities

You will in this role:coordinate SEND boards and committees, ensuring accurate, high-quality papers are prepared and circulated on timeorganise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and maintain clear records of decisions and actionssupport SEND projects, inspections and monitoring visits by coordinating activity, maintaining project documentation and flagging emerging issuesproduce, format and quality-assure governance reports, presentations and other key documentscoordinate partnership communications and help support keeping Suffolk Local Offer information accurate and up to date.

What you will need Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing workloads, manage diaries and meet deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience of preparing professional documents, reports, presentations and correspondence.

Accurate minute-taking, record-keeping and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.

Confident use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Ability to work independently, use initiative, solve problems and remain calm and resilient when priorities change.

Experience of building effective relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues, senior leaders and external partner organisations.
