Overview
We’re on the lookout for a passionate Protection Consultant to join our team as a national role. You’ll work closely with clients to deliver bespoke protection solutions that truly make an impact.
How You'll Make An ImpactAs a Protection Consultant you’ll take charge of a portfolio of business and personal protection clients, delivering outstanding service and tailored solutions. You’ll build trusted relationships, becoming the go‑to adviser for your clients. You’ll identify opportunities to grow and improve, expanding lines of cover and enhancing service delivery. You’ll also play a vital role in generating new business, exceeding targets and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

- Has a strong understanding of the protection market, including products, policies, and compliance.
- Excels at building and maintaining client relationships, delivering exceptional service every time.
- Communicates clearly and confidently, making complex topics easy to understand.
- Is highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Is tech‑savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- Is committed to professional growth and compliance excellence.
- Has the rights to work in the UK.
- Being DipPFS qualified – or at least holding the R04 qualification – would be advantageous.
