We are looking for an experienced Global Master Data Management (MDM) Project Lead to drive enterprise data governance initiatives, operational excellence programs, and continuous improvement activities across a global organization.

This role focuses on leading cross‑functional MDM projects, supporting operational excellence, and strengthening enterprise‑wide data governance frameworks while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, domain leads, data owners, and operational teams.

• Lead global MDM projects and strategic data initiatives across multiple business domains
• Ensure alignment with enterprise governance standards, operational objectives, and business priorities
• Coordinate with Data Owners, Domain Leads, SMEs, and operational stakeholders
• Drive project execution, adoption, and operational transition activities

• Support enterprise‑wide data governance and master data standardisation initiatives
• Improve data quality, consistency, and operational controls across MDM processes
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and operational procedures
• Identify operational risks, process gaps, and optimisation opportunities
