* Identify and qualifying potential business leads

* Managing performance against sales targets
Skills and Experience required:
* Proven track record in freight sales and business development
* The ability to build and manage pipelines and sales engagement with new and existing customers
* Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to build and maintain strong influential relationships with clients
* Having a data-driven approach to decision making
