About The Post

The University is transforming its student records and lifecycle services through the Student
360 Programme. As Student
360 System Migration Manager, you will lead the migration from Tribal SITS to Technology One, helping deliver a modern, integrated student records system.

Working within the Student
360 project team, you will plan, coordinate and deliver migration activities, ensuring key student lifecycle processes, including enrolment, curriculum management, assessment, progression and graduation, are successfully transitioned and embedded within the new platform.

This collaborative role combines technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, business process improvement and delivery management. You will work closely with academic and professional services teams, technical colleagues and external partners to support successful migration, user adoption and operational readiness.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a major institutional transformation, improving how systems, data and processes support the student experience and future innovation.

About The Team

Digital & IT is a vital department within the University of Suffolk, ensuring our students and staff are supported with their digital & IT needs. Our mission is to empower students, staff, and researchers by providing scalable, supportable and sustainable technology solutions and services, and are committed to enhancing the University experience through digital innovation and excellence.

Our team of approximately 20 colleagues brings together a diverse range of skills, experience and perspectives, enabling us to support a wide variety of areas across the institution. We are more than technical infrastructure, networks and devices; we play a key role in helping the University evolve and grow by providing strategic guidance, practical expertise and digital innovation across all aspects of the digital landscape.

About

You

We're looking for someone who thrives on bringing clarity and structure to complex challenges. You'll be equally comfortable discussing technical solutions with delivery partners as you are working alongside operational teams to understand business processes and help shape new ways of working.

You will have experience of delivering or supporting large-scale system migrations, ideally within higher education or a similarly complex environment, and understand how technology, data and business processes need to come together to achieve successful outcomes. You'll enjoy solving problems, managing competing priorities and building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

We're seeking someone who is proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with the confidence to challenge existing approaches where improvements can be made. You'll be motivated by delivering lasting change, improving services and helping colleagues navigate the transition to new systems and processes.

Most importantly, you'll demonstrate accountability, integrity and a collaborative mindset, working with empathy and professionalism to support the successful delivery of a programme that will have a lasting impact across the University.
