Position: Site Manager (Permanent)
Façade Site Manager – Ipswich
Temp to Perm Opportunity
£320 – £340 per day
We are currently working with a well-established specialist façade contractor who is seeking an experienced Façade Site Manager to join their team on a key project in Ipswich.
This is a 6-month contract with a clear pathway to a permanent role for the right individual, offering long-term stability with a growing contractor.

The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day site management of façade installation works, ensuring delivery is on programme, to specification, and in line with health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Overseeing façade installation works on site

* Managing subcontractors and direct labour

* Driving programme and installation progress

* Ensuring quality standards and compliance with specifications

* Coordinating with the main contractor and project team

* Managing health & safety, RAMS, and site documentation

* Reporting progress to senior management
Candidate Requirements

* Proven experience as a Façade Site Manager

* Background working with curtain walling, cladding, or envelope systems

* Strong subcontractor and programme management skills

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (or equivalent)

* Able to start on a contract basis with a view to going permanent
