Temp to Perm Opportunity

£320 - £340 per day

We are currently working with a well-established specialist façade contractor who is seeking an experienced Façade Site Manager to join their team on a key project in Ipswich.

This is a 6‑month contract with a clear pathway to a permanent role for the right individual, offering long‑term stability with a growing contractor.

You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day site management of façade installation works, ensuring delivery is on programme, to specification, and in line with health and safety requirements.

• Overseeing façade installation works on site
• Managing subcontractors and direct labour
• Driving programme and installation progress
• Ensuring quality standards and compliance with specifications
• Coordinating with the main contractor and project team
• Managing health & safety, RAMS, and site documentation
• Reporting progress to senior management

• Proven experience as a Façade Site Manager
• Background working with curtain walling, cladding, or envelope systems
• Strong subcontractor and programme management skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (or equivalent)
• Able to start on a contract basis with a view to going permanent
