Senior Surveyor

We are recruiting a Senior Surveyor to join a well-established social housing group based in Suffolk. As a Senior Surveyor, you will act as one of the Building Surveying Managers, accountable for the delivery of multiple work streams while leading and developing a team of apprentice and qualified surveyors. In this position, you will undertake a mix of hands‑on surveying and management responsibilities, ensuring performance targets and service standards are consistently achieved for a competitive salary of £50-51,500 annually.

• Acting as a Senior Building Surveyor delivering a full range of Building Surveying services
• Managing and mentoring a team of surveyors and apprentice surveyors
