The Opportunity

You will be responsible for overseeing construction projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role offers exposure to a broad range of schemes and stakeholders, with real autonomy and responsibility.

The key requirement is hands-on construction experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects within a multi-disciplinary setting.

• End-to-end project management across multi-disciplinary projects

• Budget and programme control

• Risk management and stakeholder coordination

• Contractor, consultant, and internal team management

• Ensuring compliance with construction regulations and best practice

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction project management

• Exposure to multi-disciplinary project delivery

• Strong commercial awareness

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
