Overview

Our client, a UKAS accredited company, is recruiting for an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover domestic and commercial sites in the East Anglia region. The role offers excellent training plans and career progression opportunities. Successful applicants will have a proven track record working across diverse client sites.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst within a UKAS accredited company
  • Must hold BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalents)
  • Experience working across a diverse range of sites
  • Good industry technical knowledge
  • Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills
  • Able to manage own workload efficiently
  • Also interested in candidates with P401/P402/P403/P404 or S301 CCP
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform the full range of management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
  • Conduct re-inspection surveys after works are completed
  • Perform 4‑stage clearances
  • Complete background, leak, smoke, personal and re‑occupation air monitoring
  • Meet with clients to provide technical advice and answer queries
  • Produce site‑specific technical reports and schematic drawings
  • Deliver training for asbestos awareness
  • Travel in line with company needs
  • Wear correct PPE on site
