Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor - Mixed-Use Cut & Carve - South/Central London Salary: £60,000 - £75,000  Package O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a Tier 1 main contractor with a strong secured pipeline of complex mixed-use cut and carve schemes across South and Central London. They are seeking to hire a Quantity Surveyor with main contracting experience who is confident managing packages and supporting the commercial delivery of technically challenging refurbishment projects.

You will get exposure to high-profile London schemes involving structural alterations, refurbishment, faade works and mixed-use redevelopment, working closely with experienced Senior Surveyors and Commercial Managers.
