About the Opportunity
We are seeking a freelance, contract, or independent Building Surveyor to carry out a pragmatic, photo-led Schedule of Condition (SoC) of a student accommodation block in Ipswich

The goal is to capture a clear baseline record of the propertys condition prior to the upcoming academic cycle. The on-site data collection and reporting must be completed via Go Report , outputting a clean, structured Excel Schedule of Condition matching our template.

Scope & Level of Detail Required

This is an exception-based Schedule of Condition rather than an exhaustive elemental survey:

• Photo Density: Approximately 23 photos per room to document the general, typical condition.
