Civil Leading Hand

Reporting to the Foreman, you’ll be responsible for leading a small team and subcontractors effectively to achieve desired outcomes ensuring a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to all project specifications is maintained. You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience as a Leading hand or desire to step up into the role
• Experience in subdivisions with coverage of Bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils and roadworks
• ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
• Current Driver Licence
• Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
• Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards
