About You:

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* Solid understanding of construction processes and compliance obligations

* Able to lead teams effectively and drive programme performance

* SHDF experience is advantageous but not required

Why Join?

* Work with a leading Tier 1 contractor with long-term pipeline stability

* Opportunity to progress into major recladding and external refurbishment schemes

* Supportive management team and strong career development pathway

* Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
