Graduate Quantity Surveyor.
We're looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team based on our Sizewell C project in Suffolk.
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
Hours: 40 hours per week
Starting Salary: £31,000 per annumwith potential £4,750 car allowance depending on eligibility and project
Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k
Starting date: September 2027

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you'll assist in managing the contractual and financial aspects of infrastructure projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and develop a strong foundation in quantity surveying. You'll be supported in your professional development as you build your career with us.
What will you be responsible for?As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Quantity Surveying team, supporting them in delivering successful infrastructure projects. Your day to day will include:
- Assisting in preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and cost estimates
- Supporting the measurement and valuation of work done on-site
- Helping prepare and submit tenders and contract documents
- Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure work meets specifications
- Collaborating with the project team to prepare progress reports and financial statements

We're looking for people due to graduate in 2027, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Have a degree in Quantity Surveying or are currently working towards one
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in pursuing a career in quantity surveying and the construction industry
- Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating collaboration, reliability, and respect for others
- Hold a Full driving licence
