Working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors, you will develop a strong understanding of commercial processes while gaining practical experience across a variety of construction projects. What does a typical day look like in the role

• Provide day‑to‑day support to senior commercial team members on project and financial administration.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining cost reports, project records, and commercial documentation.
• Support the management of project changes, variations, and associated cost implications.
• Help prepare applications for payment and assess completed works.
• Contribute to monthly forecasting and cost control activities.
• Monitor project expenditure and assist in identifying and reporting cost variances.
• Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and project files.
• Attend site visits and project meetings where required to support project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to gather information and progress commercial matters.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the wider commercial function.
