• Utilizing the CRM system to cleanse accounts and manage work lists effectively.
• Updating customer contact information and raising requests for site visits.
• Communicating with customers and third‑party agencies via email and telephone.
• Collaborating closely with the Metering team to enhance overall customer service.

  Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
