Gallagher Bassett in Ipswich is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Frontline Services team. The role is full time and office based, 37.5 hours per week on a 7-week rotating shift pattern that includes a late shift, weekends, and Saturdays, with time off during the week where applicable.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, gathering information, and ensuring interactions are handled professionally and accurately.
