Adecco is recruiting a Customer Care Advisor in Ipswich to join the dedicated customer service team. You will handle incoming calls and emails, advise customers on products and services, process orders, and help maintain strong client relationships.
We offer a salary of £32,000 per year, working hours 07:30am-17:00pm Monday to Friday, with benefits including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, birthday day off, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, and a cycle-to-work scheme.
