Coordinator of Personal Development

Claydon High School is seeking an engaged, organised and student‑focused coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role supports our commitment to ensuring every student leaves us informed, aspirational and ready for life beyond school.

Working closely with staff, students and the wider community, you will play a central role in coordinating career education, personal guidance, work experience, alternative provision and wider personal development opportunities across the school.

Employment Details
  • Salary: £10,491 (actual per annum)
  • Hours:

    18 hours per week, 8.30am – 3.00pm, 3–4 days per week with a daily 30 min unpaid break (to be agreed at interview), 39 weeks per year (term time + 5 PD days)
  • Contract:

    Permanent, required from January 2026
