The school is seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant for our Early Years classes who has a particular interest in child development and learning through play. Individuals must have motivation, drive and a passion for ensuring all children achieve their potential. The role will also include working with pupils, either one-to-one or in small groups, some of whom may have SEND.
Qualifications in Paediatric First Aid are also desirable.
You will have:
- GCSE Grades A–C in English and mathematics, or equivalent
- recent, relevant experience in working with children
- a childcare qualification would be desirable
- the ability to work effectively in a team and with a range of stakeholders
- patience, kindness, with high expectations for children and staff.
