An established Alternative Provision in Ipswich, Suffolk, is seeking a dedicated SEN / SEMH Teacher to join their supportive team and help transform the lives of young people who benefit from a personalised, holistic approach to learning.

About the Role

We are looking for an inspiring teacher with experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will:

  • Deliver engaging, tailored learning to small groups or 1:1
  • Support pupils presenting with behavioural, social, or emotional barriers
  • Foster positive relationships, emotional regulation, and independence
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment
  • Contribute to personalised learning plans and progress reviews
