Initial 3-Month Contract (Rolling Extension Potential)
Hybrid Working Ideally 1 day per week in the office, although fully remote candidates will be considered. Equipment collection required in person.

We are currently recruiting for experienced SEND Coordinators to join Suffolk's Children and Young People Service. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to support the delivery of statutory Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes and ensure positive outcomes for children and young people.
We have four positions available across two area teams.
The RoleAs a SEND Coordinator, you will manage a caseload of children and young people with Education, Health and Care Plans, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met and high-quality outcomes are achieved.
You will work closely with families, educational settings, health professionals and partner agencies to coordinate assessments, annual reviews, placements and funding arrangements.
