Position Summary
An exciting development opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mental Health/Adult Nurse, Midwife or AHP to join our Clinical Education Team as a Practice Education Facilitator.
We are committed to providing excellence in non‑medical clinical education, support and development. In this role you will work across the organisation providing support and education to learners and educators, and will contribute to shaping and developing our future workforce.
Responsibilities• Support and educate learners and educators across the organisation.
• Provide professional development and training support within practice learning.
• Attend to educational quality and contribute to best practice initiatives.
• Undertake audit, research and contribute to evidence‑based improvements.
- Passion for education and developing others.
- Excellent organisational and clinical skills, keen to support clinical excellence by developing best practice.
- Progressive, innovative mindset with the ability to drive change.
- Willingness to undertake audit and research projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills with strong communication abilities.
- Commitment to collaborative working and support of colleagues and partner education providers.
