Reed in Ipswich is seeking a resilient SEMH/Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support primary pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils regulate emotions, stay engaged and access learning in a calm, structured environment.
You will collaborate with teachers and pastoral staff, apply de-escalation strategies and trauma-informed approaches, and contribute to personalised behaviour plans.
