The duties of this post could vary from time to time as a result of new legislation, changes in technology or policy changes, should there be such variation, appropriate training may be given to enable the postholder to undertake the new/varied work.

• excellent people management and development skills.
• expertise in working with E3 to Level 3 vocational plumbing and heating qualifications, Level 3 Plumbing and Domestic Heating Technician Apprenticeship standards and commercial gas
• ability to build and develop effective and sustainable relationships with employers, awarding organisations, and industry partners
• creative and innovative approaches which deliver an exceptional student experience and student outcomes.

As part of this role, you will also be required to undertake some teaching hours; therefore, you should also be able to demonstrate proven teaching expertise in a related subject area.

You should also hold a relevant degree or level 3/4 professional qualification in Plumbing and Domestic Heating/Building Services Engineering, maths and English at level 2 or equivalent, alongside a teaching qualification at level 5
