The Ashley School Academy Trust in Lowestoft is hiring Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with complex learning needs inside and outside the classroom, in small groups or 1:1. The role is permanent, 30.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 professional development days).
We offer an extensive CPD programme and a supportive, high-achieving environment where every small victory is celebrated. Closing date: 31 August 2026; DBS checks are mandatory for all posts.
