30.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 professional development days).

Permanent Reference: 5308.The Ashley School is a day/residential school for pupils with complex learning needs and associated difficulties. Due to growth, we are looking for dedicated and empathetic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our awesome team of efficient and effective staff.

We offer an extensive CPD programme. Do you have a passion to: work both inside and outside the classroom supporting pupils, some in small groups and others 1:1help pupils to develop life skills and emotional regulation work alongside teachers and
other specialist staff to provide a whole approach to learning celebrate progress in small steps?

You will need think on your feet, as no two days are the same, and have a genuine desire and motivation to improve the lives of young people with SEND. Enthusiasm and a commitment to raise achievement for pupils with SEND is essential. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to visit the school as part of the interview process.
