At The Raedwald Trust we are seeking inclusive and committed individuals to work in our KS1 provisions. We are looking for both qualified teachers and support staff at an exciting time as our provisions change and grow. We are a multi-site academy trust who supports pupils from EYFS to KS4, who are experiencing challenges in their education. We believe in our children and are committed to ensuring they access the very best of what is available.
We work hard, together, to provide the ordinary magic that can break through barriers.

The current pathway being delivered at KS1 is an Outreach model within mainstream settings. This is called the Engage Pathway. You will support pupils to successfully access their mainstream classroom and curriculum. Supporting gaps in learning, emotional regulation and social and emotional development. You will contribute to assessments and planning and be a strong advocate for pupils you are supporting. You will have a professional demeanour to support and advise mainstream colleagues.
Please note, our pathways change annually.
Access to personal transport is essential.
