The Role

As the Domestic Energy Assessor, you ll:

• Carry out Domestic Energy Assessments on residential properties
• Produce accurate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
• Collect property data and input into approved assessment software
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and accreditation requirements
• Manage appointments and travel within the Ipswich area
• Maintain professional communication with clients and homeowners

You

To be successful in the role of Domestic Energy Assessor, you ll bring:

• A qualification and accreditation as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
• Experience producing EPCs preferred
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Good organisational and time management skills
• The ability to work independently
