Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor £60,000 - £90,000  Car Allowance, Bonus, Private Healthcare, Benefits and more Heavy Civils / Ground Engineering Essex / Ipswich | Hybrid Working (24 days from home) Subsistence Allowance Looking for long-term security , career progression, and the chance to work on a flagship UK infrastructure project ? This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UKs largest Tier 1 contractors on a £multi-billion major project with a 12-year pipeline of work .

With a Commercial Director already in place, the team is now expanding and looking to appoint both a Senior Quantity Surveyor and a Managing Quantity Surveyor . Why consider this role? The Role Youll be part of a high-performing commercial team delivering complex civil engineering and ground engineering works under NEC contracts , working in a collaborative contractor alliance environment. For the Managing QS role, youll also take responsibility for managing and developing a team of Quantity Surveyors. About You Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor within Civil Engineering Background with a Tier 1 or large Tier 2 contractor Solid working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts Alliance / collaborative contracting experience (desirable) For MQS: experience managing QS teams Able to commute to Ipswich 23 days per week This is an outstanding opportunity to secure a long-term role on a nationally significant project with genuine career progression.
