A reputable engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Highways Design Engineer to lead the delivery of complex highways schemes for a local authority-focused client. This role requires technical leadership, project delivery, and people management to ensure projects are completed safely and to quality standards. Candidates should have at least 10 years’ relevant experience, strong highway design and construction knowledge, and a Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.

Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for building client relationships.
