3rd Line IT Engineer

Agilis Search is proud to be partnering with a growing business in Ipswich who are looking for a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join their established tech-team on a permanent basis. As 3rd Line IT Support Engineer in this forward thinking organisation, you will be passionate about technology development and have a hunger to solve problems while delivering an elite customer experience to an expanding user base.

You will have an inquisitive mind and a pragmatic attitude towards work.

• Handle complex IT issues that cannot be fixed by 1st or 2nd Line support
• Support and manage Windows servers, Microsoft 365, and cloud services
• Troubleshoot networking issues (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
• Work closely with customers to resolve technical problems
• Help improve systems, processes, and security
• Assist with IT projects such as upgrades and migrations
• Document solutions and share knowledge with the team

• Experience working as a 3rd Line or Senior IT Engineer
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Good understanding of networking and security
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
