Principal Technical Specialist – Aquatic
£50,000 – £55,000, Ipswich
A well‑established environmental and engineering consultancy is looking to recruit a Senior Aquatic Technical Specialist to support its growing team in Ipswich. The business works on a wide variety of environmental and water‑based schemes across infrastructure, energy and commercial development projects nationwide.

This position will involve managing technical aquatic projects, delivering specialist advice to clients, overseeing project programmes and supporting the development of junior consultants within the wider environmental team.
Qualifications- Background in aquatic environments, hydrology, water sciences or a related discipline
- Previous consultancy and project coordination experience
Strong written reporting and client communication abilities - Full UK driving licence
- Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Must be located within reasonable commuting distance of the Ipswich office
