Town Planner to Senior Town Planner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Town Planner or Senior Town Planner to join a highly respected independent planning consultancy with an established reputation for delivering expert planning advice across a diverse range of development sectors. Working alongside an experienced team of planning professionals, you will be involved in a varied project portfolio including residential, commercial, mixed-use, strategic land and regeneration schemes.

The Role Managing planning applications and appeals from inception to determination. Preparing planning statements, site appraisals and supporting reports. Providing strategic planning advice to a broad client base. Liaising with local authorities, consultants and stakeholders. Supporting business development and client relationship management. Contributing to the successful delivery of a wide range of planning projects. About You Town Planner Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.

MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership. Previous experience within a planning consultancy, local authority or developer environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Senior Town Planner MRTPI qualified. Demonstrable experience leading planning projects. Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
