Senior Site Engineer - Civils

This is a full‑time permanent position based on site in the Leiston area.

• Leading setting‑out and engineering control for complex civils packages
• Managing and coordinating Site Engineers and subcontractors
• Ensuring works comply with drawings, specifications and nuclear quality standards
• Driving a strong safety culture in a highly regulated environment
• Producing and reviewing ITPs, RAMS and technical documentation
• Monitoring progress against programme and resolving technical issues
• Maintaining accurate site records, QA documentation and as‑built information

This is a long‑term role offering genuine responsibility, visibility and career progression on a flagship infrastructure project.

• A degree/HNC/HND in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline) or experience equivalent
• Proven site engineering experience within heavy civils, ideally on major infrastructure projects
• Strong setting‑out capability using modern instruments (GPS, total station, laser levels)
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, specifications and quality processes
• Excellent communication, coordination and mentoring skills
• CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS and full UK driving licence

• Starting salary up to £60,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
