Working with clients, colleagues and other professionals, the Senior Structural Engineer will contribute to buildable, cost-effective designs that meet project objectives, standards, budgets and timelines. The Senior Structural Engineer will combine structural analysis, design calculations and industry software expertise with clear client communication and a strong focus on quality, safety and technical development.

DUTIES Your duties as the Senior Structural Engineer include:
Client and Team

Collaboration:

Work closely with clients, colleagues and other professionals using construction plans, drawings and specifications Design Development:
Develop structural design ideas using current industry software Structural Analysis:
Apply loadings and calculate stresses and load paths through different parts of structures Compliance and Safety:
Ensure projects meet legal guidelines, environmental directives and health and safety requirements Tender Support:
Prepare bids for tenders Quality Standards:
Maintain quality service by following company standards Professional Development:
Maintain professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, networks and professional societies Progress Reporting:
