Management Accountant

Mac Kenzie King - Accountancy & Finance Recruitment are delighted to recruit a Management Accountant on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract for a well-respected organisation based in Ipswich.

As a Management Accountant
, you will play a key role within the finance team, bringing strong experience across both transactional finance and month-end accounting.

• Assist in delivering timely and accurate management accounts.
• Ensure financial information shared within the business is accurate and reliable.
• Supporting with forecasting, budgeting and long-term financial planning.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies where necessary.
• Assist in year-end statutory audit preparations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Manage core system interfaces into the General Ledger.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as required by management.

• AAT Qualified, ideally working towards ACCA/ACA/CIMA
• Previous Management Accounts Experience
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Excel experience, with Pivot Tables and V LOOKUPS
• Clear and concise communications skills.
