We're looking for a motivated Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing team. Whether you're already CAS-qualified or working towards Competent Adviser Status, you'll benefit from a supportive environment, experienced leadership, and dedicated administration support that allows you to focus on advising clients and building your business.

The Role

• Provide mortgage and protection advice across a whole-of-market panel
• Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
• Deliver compliant, customer-focused advice in line with FCA standards
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and introducers
• Work closely with our administration and case management team
• Develop your own pipeline and client base

About You

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
• CAS achieved or actively working towards CAS
• Experience in a mortgage advisory role, bank, building society or brokerage
• Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, professional and self-motivated
