Finance Officer – Redeployment

Responsibilities

• Inputting, analysing and interpreting financial data, providing timely and accurate information
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of financial systems and processes
• Overseeing the accurate processing of journals, virements and other financial transactions
• Monitoring helpdesks and team mailboxes, providing advice and support to finance colleagues

• AAT qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience
• A minimum of 4 GCSEs (Grade 4–9 / C and above), including Maths and English, or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience of working within and supporting a finance team
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly
• A positive, proactive approach
• Proven ability to maintain accurate records and interpret and reconcile financial data
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
