Overview
This role engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (mobile banking, online banking, or ATM). The role involves accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions and engaging clients in conversations to understand their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their goals.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
- Follow established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, complying with applicable laws and regulations
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
- Drive the client experience
- Manage cash responsibilities
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
- Collaborates effectively to get things done and build relationships
- Passion and commitment to delivering an experience that improves clients' financial lives
- Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
- Effective and confident communication; comfortable engaging all clients
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Confidence in educating clients on simple banking transactions through self-service technologies (ATM, online banking, mobile banking)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients' needs
- Follow established processes and guidelines; compliant with laws and regulations
- Efficient time and capacity management
- Focus on results while acting in the best interest of the client
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
- Bilingual Spanish (where applicable)
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of the industry, products, and solutions
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance)
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
