Overview

This role engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (mobile banking, online banking, or ATM). The role involves accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions and engaging clients in conversations to understand their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their goals.

• Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
• Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
• Follow established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, complying with applicable laws and regulations
• Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
• Drive the client experience
• Manage cash responsibilities

• Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
• Bilingual Spanish (where applicable)

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of the industry, products, and solutions
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals
• Six months of cash handling experience
• Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance)

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
